Why I'm building this

Hey, I'm Patrick. I'm not only a dad and a coach, I'm also an AI builder.

I started building Softball Recruiting OS because I watched recruiting take over my kitchen table. My daughter had school lists in one place, camp dates in another, coach emails in her inbox, and notes in a spreadsheet nobody could find. Every week we were connecting the pieces by hand.

Coaching showed me the other side. Her coaches wanted to help every kid on the roster, but nobody can track every player's list, every camp, and every follow-up in their head. Good kids fall through the cracks that way.

So I'm building the home base I wanted for my own family. One place to research D1, D2, D3, NAIA, and JUCO programs, about 1,400 of them, plan camps, and keep the next step clear. The player leads. The family helps.

How we treat athlete data

Many of the athletes who use SROS are 13 to 17. I built it the way I'd want it built for my own kid.

The full details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Why every account is reviewed

A person reviews every household and every coach that signs up before they can use the app. That is how we keep the people inside SROS real. Sign-up checks age, and no one under 13 can create an account. If we decline a sign-up, we delete the account and the information that came with it.

Review takes a little time, and that is on purpose. We would rather be careful with athletes than be fast.
